Service Department Pricing and Terms

Hours and Terms

• Business hours are between 7:00 A.M. & 5:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday.
• After-hours are between 5:00 P.M. & 7:00 A.M., Monday thru Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
• We do not charge Travel Time to project.
• We accept cash and local checks
• We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards
• All business hour charges are collected at time of completion unless approved credit application is on file.
• All after-hour charges are collected at time of completion – regardless of account status.
• Service is guaranteed with a one-year warranty on parts and labor provided by Public Service Plumbers, Inc.
• For quotations on major service repairs, remodels and new construction, please contact our office at (214) 363-4477 to consult with the appropriate department estimator.

Please note that sewer stoppages are not covered under our one-year warranty.
Business Hour Rates

• Plumber – The first half hour onsite is $90.00, then charges of $25.00 for each additional quarter hour apply.
• Helper – The first half hour onsite is $45.00, then charges of $13.00 for each additional quarter hour apply.

After-Hour Rates

• Plumber – The first half hour onsite is $130.00, then charges of $35.00 for each additional quarter hour apply.
• Helper – The first half hour onsite is $60.00, then charges of $18.00 for each additional quarter hour apply.

All of our employees will arrive in uniform and appropriately groomed whenever representing Public Service Plumbers, Inc.
